Terms of Service — Kryon Forged

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Products & custom orders

Many products are built to order. Configurations you approve are manufactured specifically for you. Lead times are estimates (typically 2–4 weeks for custom wheels) and may vary with materials, volume, and holidays. Custom-configured items are generally non-returnable except as stated in our shipping & returns policy or where required by law.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice before you complete checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Orders are not confirmed until payment clears.

4. Shipping

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any duties or taxes on international orders.

5. Installation & vehicle use

Steering wheel and interior products may affect vehicle safety systems. Installation must follow our instructions and applicable law. By purchasing, you also agree to our Customer Acknowledgment / Assumption of Risk / Installation Agreement.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, product imagery, and configurator assets are owned by Kryon Forged LLC or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Products and the site are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Kryon Forged is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the products or site, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
